The first shots of Noble’s new supercar, the M600, were released in UK’s Autocar magazine.

It seems that Noble is very serious with competing with the big boys like Ferrari and Lamborghini, and by just the exterior, you can see; it’s absolutely exquisite. From that aerodynamic front end holding big air intakes like it’s meant for space travel, to those strong, muscular sides and sporty lines, it just captures your gaze. Read the full post »

Five years ago, RUF, a German tuning company, grabbed the Porsche 997 and pampered it. The result was the RT12. But now, they have decided the car is still hungry and added 35 horsepower more to the plate and a new twin-turbocharged engine.

The result? 685 horses and 880Nm of torque screaming on the road. But that’s not the only new stuff; you also get a makeover, including a new roll cage, new side-view mirrors, a bigger carbon fibre spoiler to keep the car nimble and help the new steering, new air ducts and 19-inch alloys with cermaic brakes. Ferrari had the Geneva Motor Show stunned with their 599 XX concept, but now here we see the beauty in full action at Ferrari’s Fiorano test track. The car is expected to run in its own race series by Ferrari similar to how they did for the Enzo FXX. Infact, there are rumours that it might be even faster than the Enzo FXX.

The car in the photos seems to be in its production outfit. There are some noticeable, yet small changes from the original concept exhibited at the show. For instance, the outlets and air intakes have been redone. There is also a slight difference in the rear spoiler. But despite these differences, the car still looks almost the same as the concept. Photos of the new Saab 9-5, the successor to the 9000, have now surfaced all over the web just before its Frankfurt show exhibition. The car is mainly a long-wheelbase adaptation of the Opel Insignia and even though the car hasn’t been making great sales, along with GM’s plans of selling it to Koenigsegg, it can be seen that there’s been good design-effort made to make this car appeal and turn some heads. Following months of tension between both companies, and Porsche’s failed attempt at taking control of Volkswagen, Porsche chief, Wendelin Wiedeking finally resigns as head of Porsche, after a solid 16-year career.

But, let’s not forget how he pulled the company out from potential bankruptcy back in 1993. Several models were added by him to the model’s line-up, some of which are the Boxter, Carrera GT, Cayman and the recently very popular Cayenne and Panamera. Read the full post »
